Stations, corridors and live rail environments
From station boxes to corridor works, rail projects demand temporary works that account for staging, possession windows and adjacency to live infrastructure. We've supported scaffold, access and propping across metro and light rail deliveries.
Building next to a running hospital
Hospital redevelopments mean constructing alongside operating wards. Temporary works here carry an extra duty of care — overhead protection, vibration-aware propping and access that keeps the hospital running. We've delivered on multiple major NSW health projects.
Taking structures down, safely and in sequence
Demolition engineering is temporary works in reverse — every stage has to remain stable as the structure is removed. We provide sequenced methodology, temporary support of retained structure, and the structural review that keeps a demolition program defensible.
